Viewing Trips

To view properties with us, you can either take a 3 or 4 day viewing trip (details below) or if you have already made arrangements to visit Spain, just tell us where you are staying and which day you would like to view and we will arrange a representative to pick you up and take you to the developments you wish.

Our viewing trips to Spain are on a one to one basis (we do not put you on a bus with other buyers). This means your trip is tailored to your budget and requirements. You can visit the areas and properties as many times as you like so that you get a feel for the area.

The trips to view Spanish property include:

  • A choice of departure airports from the UK
  • Return flights
  • Transfer to and from the airport in Spain
  • Accommodation, meals and drinks
  • Your own personal consultant whilst in Spain, to show you properties and areas

Our highly trained representatives live and work in Spain and are fully integrated in to the Spanish lifestyle. Their children attend Spanish schools, they use Spanish doctors, they shop in Spanish shops and use Spanish amenities. No-one is better placed to give you a true flavour of the Spanish lifestyle.

Typical Itinery:

Day One:

  • Meet Chelsea Homes International representative at Airport. Taken to your hotel and discuss areas and your personalised property portfolio. Tour of areas, properties and local areas
  • Lunch at local restaurant
  • Inspect more areas and properties in afternoon. Point out schools and hospitals
  • Evening Dinner

Day Two:

  • Breakfast at hotel and then view more areas and properties
  • Lunch at local restaurant
  • Inspect new areas and properties in afternoon
  • Evening Dinner

Day three:

  • Breakfast at hotel and then inspect areas and properties of particular interest
  • Lunch at local restaurant
  • Inspect more properties or if suitable property found, go through reservation contracts and open bank accounts, meet solicitors etc
  • Evening dinner

Day four:

  • Depart for airport if leaving early or if necessary carry on with tour of more properties if still looking OR finalise reservation of property. Driven to airport and returned to the UK
